In the next couple of days I highly recommend taking full advantage of the nice weather and sunlight that Northern Nevada has to offer. Get outside and get some fresh air and here are 4 habits we can always work on and this could be the best time to pay particular attention to them.
Sleep is the best way to recover and regenerate. Work to get at least 8 hours and try to go to bed at the same time every day.
Hydrate with plenty of water throughout the day. I truly feel that 80-100 oz helps us filter many of the different pollutants that we take in.
Practice eating better. Have a balanced diet that offers variety of all major nutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and minimize sugars and processed foods.
Download a breathing/meditation app. Put away the computer or TV and just get away from everything.
