Our Classes Are Proven

Sierra Strength and Speed has been the leader time and again: in a northern Nevada challenge with up to 10 other local facilities and as many as 400 competitors we have finished with overall male or females winners every time, including 2 times finishing as the only gym with winning clients.  Out of 14 overall winners SSS has had 7, we know that our classes are highly effective for helping adult clients lose body fat, gain muscle mass, get stronger, and more healthy including people who are able to greatly reduce or fully get off of prescription medications.

What types of classes are offered?

The class schedule below refers to our adult classes, but we also offer sport-specific group training and youth athlete classes by request.

Classes are circuit-based and include a mix of strength, endurance, and total body conditioning.

What skill level is required?

Classes are open to any skill level! Exercises can be modified based on current experience, whether you’re just starting out or need something more advanced. Each class is around 8-10 people, so you’ll get some personal attention even in our class setting.

If you’re unsure of whether a class is the right fit for your skill level, we also offer personal training.

Are classes open to new members?

Our classes are always open to new members. Check out our class schedule below and swing by to try one for yourself.

Can I book a class for my team?

Yes! We offer sport-specific group training and youth athlete classes by appointment. Call us to set up a special class or for more information.
