Sierra Strength and Speed offers personal training sessions with all of our staff. After an initial assessment, we focus on building a solid foundation of proper movements. After a strong foundation is achieved we will tailor an exercise plan specifically designed to meet your needs. Whether you are just working to get in better health, getting back to 100% after an injury, or looking to make it to the next level in your sport our team can help you in your endeavors. We provide 1 on 1, couples, and small group training.
