MEET OUR TRAINERS

ROB CONATSER
OWNER-DIRECTOR
Rob is the owner-director of Sierra Strength & Speed, northern Nevada’s finest personal training and athletic development experience. A Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 25 years’ experience, Rob spent his first 10 years in Division I and Division II intercollegiate athletics. In 1991 and 1992, Rob worked as an intern athletic trainer with the San Francisco 49ers. In 2000, Rob became the clinic coordinator for Nevada Physical Therapy at the University of Nevada-Reno Sports Medicine Center. There he was an athletic trainer specializing in orthopedic physical therapy for five years prior to opening Sierra Strength and Speed. Rob is the only dual credentialed ATC, CSCS in Northern Nevada helping athletes return to full activity post-injury.

TRAVIS WILSON
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST
Travis is entering his fourth year at Sierra Strength and Speed. He is graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Science, and a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Travis is continuing his education at the University of Nevada in pursuit of his second bachelor’s degree in nutrition with a specialization in dietetics. Travis has worked with a wide variety of clients from the physical therapy setting to the performance athlete. Travis uses a holistic approach to give his clients the necessary resources to empower them to achieve their personal best.

CASEY GLEASON
Performance Enhancement Specialist
Casey has been working at Sierra Strength & Speed for over three years. Casey has his Bachelors in Exercise Science. Casey is a certified Performance enhancement specialist PES through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). During his time at SSS, he has really worked hard to hone his skills in working with young athletes and adults. His classes have become the standard for all of the Sierra Strength & Speed classes.

NIKKI WEBER
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST
Nikki joined Sierra Strength & Speed in 2016 while attending the University of Nevada, Reno. He found his passion for strength and conditioning after an ACL injury that ended his athletic career. Nikki is an NSCA-certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In the last year, he has also worked in the physical therapy field, helping him better understand the human body. Nikki also completed his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2018!
