Injury Prevention

“It doesn’t matter how strong or good you are if you aren’t in the game!”

Not every athletic injury can be prevented, but through proper strength training and conditioning many can. Every athlete needs to be resilient to injury and with the proper tools the ability to stay on the field is greatly increased. Over the last 30 years, working with athletes of all levels, injury prevention has been the primary focus of SSS. Every athlete and client will benefit from the experience and the tools that SSS will provide for you. (We have studied and work on sleep, hydration, nutrition, dynamic warm-up, and recovery.)
