Josh Cuffe
Josh Cuffe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with 7 years of experience. A native of Buena Vista, Colorado, he earned his degree in Exercise Science from Dakota State University. He began his career as a strength and conditioning coach for the Houston Astros for 2 years and has spent the last 5 years working for the Arizona Diamondbacks. For the past 2 seasons he has been the head strength and conditioning coach for the Reno Aces. Prior to beginning his professional career, he played college baseball at DSU and is an avid runner.

He specializes in baseball specific training, injury prevention and creating corrective exercise programs for a wide range of clients; as well as working with runners on strengthening and injury prevention programs. As the field continues to change, Josh is committed to continuing education. Josh is happily married and is living in Reno with his wife Kiki and daughter Olive.
