Sierra Strength and Speed is built on the principle that every individual needs a base of injury prevention in every program. We build this into every training session and early on in the initial program. We believe that if you are not active in any of your endeavors than we have not done our job. If you talk with any of our clientele, they will let you know that they were successful due to the ability to compete at a higher level for the full season due to their individual Injury prevention/improved performance (IP2) program.
