High Calorie High Power Tuna Salad

Tuna Salad (High Calorie)

(Makes 4 servings)

6-ounce can tuna, packed in oil
2 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
¼ cup mayonnaise (or more, if desired)

• Wash lid of tuna can.
• Open can and drain off oil.
• Mix drained tuna with eggs, onion, relish, and mayonnaise.

Refrigerate until serving.

Nutrient Information (per serving):
280 calories, 5 grams carbohydrate, 16 grams protein, 22 grams total fat, 4 grams saturated fat, 300 mg sodium, 150 mg potassium, 25 mg calcium.
