Tuna Salad (High Calorie)
(Makes 4 servings)
6-ounce can tuna, packed in oil
2 hard-boiled eggs
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
¼ cup mayonnaise (or more, if desired)
• Wash lid of tuna can.
• Open can and drain off oil.
• Mix drained tuna with eggs, onion, relish, and mayonnaise.
Refrigerate until serving.
